About Laplead's Lead List Data.
We source our information from millions of web pages and combine it into useful premade lead list files. We use manual and programmatic approaches to get this data. The accuracy is around 99% on average with some data columns more accurate than others based on how the info is sourced.
Most Accurate Data
Business phone numbers and business names are almost always correct. Going off these two alone are enough for you to sign deals through cold calls. But Laplead provides more information to help you scale and outreach more effectively.
Least Accurate Data
Emails and decision maker names are accurate around 90% of the time. For
emails this is fine because you can run effective cold email campaigns as long
as the bounce rate is less than 15%. The names of decision makers help you in
your cold calls because you can ask to speak to that person on a cold call. It
rarely is wrong, but still possible so just be prepared to tell them you
thought that the owner was X, and ask for the best person to speak to about
(Your services) and you can still book meetings even if you ask for wrong
person at first.
If a non-generic company email is found, the name is almost always correct.
Cold Calling Can Always Get You the Info You Need
You can always cold call the business number Laplead provides to get the information you need. If you can't get the information you need this is a skill issue on your end and you just need to keep practicing trying different things until you get better at having people tell you what you need to know.
Quick Cold Call Tip
Often times gate keepers will try to make you send an email instead of letting you talk to decision maker. It is advised to say something like "this is a bit time sensative and I can't send an email about this, I need to talk to (decision maker) directly about this. So when is a good time to call back to talk to (decision maker)". Laplead trys to give you the decision makers name, but you can always ask "Who is the best person to talk to in regards to ...?" to get the name if we couldn't find it the majority of time. Sometimes you may have already sent an email and you can leverage that to get the decision maker on the line as well. Persistence is the name of the game! It's always possible to get past the gatekeeper.
If You Can Find Data We Can Too
Maybe in the sheet we give you some data that is missing that you are able to find. If this is the case please tell us what you did to find this data so in the future you don't have to do this manual searching since we would be able to find it too if you can find it. Sometimes we just miss stuff, so thanks for your tips on finding data.
When Data Is Wrong
Most information sourcing for the niches have been thoroughly tested and are correct, but If you find data to not be correct after calling, emailing, etc. please contact us and we will look into why it was wrong in the first place. When you tell us when data is wrong we are able to improve all the data you consume in the future. Bad data wastes your time and the last thing we want is to provide you with bad data.
